Powder Dressing X pro NANO Silver
Product Description:
Powder Dressing X pro NANO utilizes advanced biopolymers and silver nanoparticles in a superabsorbent powder format, offering a novel solution for managing heavily exuding wounds. Upon contact with wound exudate, it rapidly transforms into a soft gel, providing an optimal tissue repair environment with high absorption. Controlled release of silver nanoparticles prevents biofilm formation and infection.
Features:
- Smart Conversion to Gel: Forms a gel matrix in less than 10 seconds upon contact with exudate.
- Smart Nano Release: Controlled release of silver nanoparticles (targeted antibacterial activity).
- Superb Absorption: Very high absorption capacity.
- Cavity Filler: Can fill irregular and cavity wounds.
- Non-Adherent to Wound Bed: Pain-free removal without damaging healing tissues.
- Prevents Biofilm & Infection: Resists microbial colonization within the dressing.
- Active Microbial Barrier: Reduces penetration of microorganisms through the dressing.
- Necrotic Tissue Softener: Facilitates autolytic debridement.
- Dynamic Moisture Manager: Intelligent absorption/transfer of exudate with an advanced hydrogel structure.
- Biocompatible: Latex/paraben-free, non-toxic, non-sensitizing.
- Instant Pain & Inflammation Relief: Reduces inflammation.
- Long-Lasting: Does not require daily changing.
- Easy Application on Complex Wounds.
Indications:
This dressing is designed for managing a wide range of acute and chronic wounds.
❖ Heavily Exuding Wounds:
High-exudate pressure ulcers
Venous leg ulcers with severe edema
Infected diabetic wounds with purulent exudate
❖ Cavity/Tunneled Wounds:
Post-surgical debridement wounds
Enterocutaneous fistulas
❖ Wounds with Viscous Exudate:
Radiation-induced wounds
Malignant ulcers (Sores)
Severe vesicular dermatitis
General Instructions for Use:
Clean the wound thoroughly.
Sprinkle a layer of powder 3-5 mm thick onto the wound.
Cover the wound with a bandage or secondary dressing.
Change the dressing based on exudate levels and physician instructions.
Contraindications:
Do not use if there is a known hypersensitivity to any component. Not for use on wounds with very low exudate (dry wounds) or on wounds related to arteries (except under physician advice). Concurrent use with soaps, lotions, ointments, oils, or enzymes may reduce efficacy. Do not use with anionic surfactants.
Warnings:
Keep out of reach of children. For external use on wounds only.
Storage Conditions:
Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight and moisture.
